These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Product Studio, an AI-powered product photography platform. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Our Service

Product Studio allows users to upload product images and create AI-generated advertising imagery based on those products and user-provided instructions.

AI-generated results may vary and are not guaranteed to be identical to the user's requested concept or reference image.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity performed through your account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating or maintaining your account.

4. Credits and Payments

Product Studio may use credits to access certain AI generation features. Credits are associated with the user's Product Studio account and are deducted when eligible generations are completed.

Payments for credit packages are processed by Stripe. Product Studio does not directly store complete payment card information.

Credit purchases and refunds are subject to the applicable purchase terms presented at checkout and applicable law.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of images and other content that you upload to Product Studio, subject to any rights belonging to third parties.

You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to upload and process the content you submit.

6. AI-Generated Content

Product Studio uses third-party AI services to generate images. Generated content may contain unexpected details, inaccuracies, artifacts, or variations.

You are responsible for reviewing generated content before using it commercially or publishing it.

7. Prohibited Use

You may not use Product Studio to upload, generate, distribute, or promote content that violates applicable law or infringes the rights of others.

You may not attempt to interfere with the service, circumvent usage restrictions, abuse the credit system, or gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.

8. Intellectual Property

Product Studio, including its software, branding, interface, design, and underlying technology, is owned by or licensed to Product Studio and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9. Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue portions of the service from time to time, including for maintenance, security, improvements, or technical reasons.

10. Disclaimer

Product Studio is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee that generated content will always meet your expectations or be suitable for every intended commercial use.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Product Studio will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Product Studio if an account violates these Terms, applicable law, or creates a risk to the service or other users.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
